Support
Tastellar is made by a small team at UEI Intelligent Labs LLC. Everything below reaches a person, not a queue.

[email protected] — for anything at all: a bug, a question about your subscription, a privacy request, or something you would rather not put in a form.
Reporting something you have seen
Every star that is not yours has a Report action on its card. Choose the reason that fits and add a note if you want to; there is room for 500 characters. Your report is confidential — the person you report is never shown what you wrote, or that it was you.
We review reported content within 24 hours and remove anything that breaks the Terms of Use, which set out what is not allowed and what happens to accounts that post it.
If you cannot reach the app — you have been signed out, or you are reporting something on someone else’s behalf — email us instead. It helps if you include the handle you saw it on, roughly when, and what was wrong with it. A screenshot is welcome but never required.
Blocking someone
Block is in the same place as Report, on any star that is not yours. A block is mutual: after it, neither of you sees the other. It is also silent — the other person is not told, and from their side your content simply stops arriving.
Blocking does not sever your link and it deletes nothing. You can lift it in the app under Your data → Blocked, and unblocking restores the view in both directions — the symmetry is the part people do not expect.
Deleting your account or your data
You can delete your account in the app, or from tastellar.com/delete, which explains exactly what is removed and what survives. Deleting an account is immediate and cannot be undone.
Subscriptions
Tastellar Pro is sold by the App Store and Google Play, so cancellations and refunds are handled there rather than by us — your store subscription settings are the place. The Terms of Use describe renewal and cancellation in full. If you are stuck, write to us and we will point you at the right screen.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy covers what we collect and what we never do. If you want a copy of your data or want something corrected, email us and say so plainly.
